What changed in this agreement
- Wage increases of 3.0% in April 2026, 2.75% in April 2027 and 2.5% in April 2028.
- A higher night premium of $3.40 an hour and a new weekend premium of $2.10.
- Parental leave top-up to 85% for 10 weeks.
- A $600 yearly education fund and three days of paid study leave.
- A self-scheduling pilot on two units.
