Wage rates are in Schedule A of the collective agreement. You move up one step after every 1,950 hours worked. Pay day is every second Friday.

Benefits
The employer pays the full premium for extended health, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability for regular employees working 15 hours a week or more. See the Benefits Summary for coverage levels and how to claim.
Pension: you join the Riverbend Public Health Pension Plan after 12 months. You contribute 8.0% and the employer 9.5%.
